Tonight is Family Movie Night in our house. Family Movie Night is something that we recently started to help create some special moments during these crazy Covid times. The kiddos get so excited to stay up a little late and to watch a fun movie with us!
This morning when we were talking about what movie to watch tonight, I asked L and Little Man to help me come up with a list of our top 10 favorite movie night movies. They aren’t in any particular order – just how we happened to think of them! Click the picture under the movie to read more about it and/or buy it!

How fun that you had your kids participate! Sing is always my favorite, but I’m a sucker for a musical 🙂
Melissa
Musicals are awesome! We love them because the fun continues with the soundtracks! Sing is often on repeat in our house!!
Jenna
This is a great list of movies! My boys love all of these choices!
Melissa
Thanks! It’s always good when kiddos can agree on a movie!!
Emily
We just watched wall-e last week! I didn’t think I would like it but it was so good!
Melissa
Right? It’s was definitely a surprise like for me, as well!

Harry Potter all the way!
Melissa
Yes!! We are huge HP fans. My daughter has to read the book before we let her watch the movie, so we are still a little limited in our HP movie choices!
Jen

Great list! You can’t go wrong with Pixar movies.
Melissa
Absolutely! Pixar makes amazing movies!
Bonnie
These are good movie suggestions. Harry Potter has been one of our favourites lately.
Melissa
We have been on a Harry Potter kick, too! It’s a little more challenging because they have to read the books before they see the movies, so we are in a holding pattern with the movies we can watch right now!
Angie
I love Moana. That’s always a pick me up.. even if I don’t have kids to watch it with. I haven’t seen Sing. I’ll have to check that one out!
Melissa
Moana might be my favorite Disney movie… and Sing is awesome – my husband and I have watched it multiple times without the kiddos!
Brittany
These movies are all great suggestions! I love Sing and so many of them. Can’t wait to work through the list with our kids! 🙂
Melissa
We are working through the list (again!) with our kiddos! Such fun movies!
